Communication very good. Lewis turned up on time. Got on with job. Identified problems. Went to get replacement tap and flush mechanism. Fitted and tested both working. Job done. Lewis was polite, well mannered and did a good job.

His workmanship was top-notch, and he kept us informed every step of the way. We were so impressed that we’ve already had him back to install an outdoor tap, and once again, he did a brilliant job.
