  Terrible Communication,

  Owen did some work for me before, everything went well, beginning to end. Then I asked to quote for another small job, there was a delay but he did provide a quote. Signalling to me that he was ok to do the work. I asked several times, when could he do the work. No response. Then out of the blue, he said he could drop in later that morning. An hour later than he said he'd arrive, I got a call to say he couldn't now come. But he did say he'd check his diary and give me another date. That was 3 weeks ago and despite chasing, no reply, no date. Wasted lots of time and caused me delays

  Fitting consumer unit to extend power to shed and hot tub

  I received excellent service from express electrician he turned up on time and stayed until the job was complete each day. Finished product looks smart and to a high standard. On completion of the job, all areas were left clean and tidy and all waste was removed from the site. There were no unexpected shocks with the pricing what I’ve been estimated for the job was the total at the end, which was excellent. I highly recommend express electrician overall experience was brilliant.

  From before work started, Owen's communication was excellent and we went through all the details in advance, sharing pictures and I was provided with a reasonable quote. Talking through the details in advance ensured that I had all the necessary electrical components availble of his visit and things went to plan.
