Owen did some work for me before, everything went well, beginning to end.
Then I asked to quote for another small job, there was a delay but he did provide a quote. Signalling to me that he was ok to do the work.
I asked several times, when could he do the work. No response. Then out of the blue, he said he could drop in later that morning. An hour later than he said he'd arrive, I got a call to say he couldn't now come. But he did say he'd check his diary and give me another date. That was 3 weeks ago and despite chasing, no reply, no date.
Wasted lots of time and caused me delays
