  Saif was brilliant! Made time on a Sunday to work around my work schedule. Explained what he was doing whilst he did it - whilst others quoted me a full fan replacement, Saif noted that it was only a fuse! Identified it and replaced - job done in under 30 minutes! Thanks for your time, and an amazing service - A+++.

  I ran into a power outage early in the morning today that left me look for a reliable electrician who could deal with the emergency. Through Checkatrade I felt happy having Express Contracts Saif to get my problem sorted less than 24 hours. During the repair I was clearly explained where the cause was among all possible faults inside a house, what options including an economic one and a long-term improvement one to choose from.   I’m extremely pleased with the service I received. Saif the plumber installed a Google Nest Thermostat in my property and also diagnosed and repaired a boiler issue, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He was very fast, efficient, and reliable, arriving on time and getting straight to work. The Nest Thermostat installation was done professionally and neatly, with clear explanations on how everything works, which I really appreciated. My boiler problem was fixed quickly and thoroughly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
