Excellent service and did a good job of the boiler PCB. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Saif was brilliant! Made time on a Sunday to work around my work schedule. Explained what he was doing whilst he did it - whilst others quoted me a full fan replacement, Saif noted that it was only a fuse! Identified it and replaced - job done in under 30 minutes! Thanks for your time, and an amazing service - A+++.

During the repair I was clearly explained where the cause was among all possible faults inside a house, what options including an economic one and a long-term improvement one to choose from. My trust on Saif built up not only because of his clear explanation but also my watching how he ensured each connection was tight and test each outlet worked properly.
