  Porch Deconstruction & Rebuild

  We contacted Express Building Services to take down an old wooden porch & canopy roof, and replace it with a new brick build. We received a quote in a matter of days with a breakdown of the work required. Once started, Barry and Ross were always on hand to provide updates and help with the work. Their attention to detail, communication and advice was beyond comparison. Always on hand to answer any questions and provided additional work when needed. The finished work was well beyond expectation & I'd be more than happy to enlist their help again for future projects. 10/10 Thanks again!

  Flooring and kitchen fitting

  Absolutely delighted with the job our kitchen fitter did – they fitted our new kitchen and flooring to a fantastic standard. Everything was finished with care and attention to detail, and the result has exceeded our expectations. New herrringbone flooring fitted throughout downstairs too. Communication was great, they turned up on time, worked efficiently, and kept things tidy throughout. They clearly take pride in their work, and it really shows. The flooring ties everything together perfectly. We’ve had loads of compliments and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks for a brilliant job!

  Rear extension, kitchen refit, media wall, windows and doors and render.

  From first meeting Barry after getting three quotes, we knew Barry and his team were the ones for our project. Barry immediately made us feel comfortable and gave us straight talking advice to suit our budget. We booked 6 months in advance not thinking for one minute they would be able to start the week we opted for, as obviously other jobs come up in between, but men of their word, Barry and Ross started on the exact same day we planned for. Ross Kept us informed at every stage of the build and all of the team that were ever on site were so respectful of the rest of our property and helpful.

  Rear extension and kitchen refit

  We recently instructed Barry and Ross to carry out a rear extension and full kitchen refit to our property. The experience from start to finish was of the very highest standard. We were on a tight timeline due to us wanting the extension completed before Christmas, and I have to say, the entire team worked around the clock to get us what we wanted. Everything was to the highest spec and Ross kept us informed of any issues immediately and dealt with them quickly. I don’t have a bad word to say about the entire Express team. They were friendly, professional and highly skilled. 100% recommended.

  New windows, kitchen reconfiguration, block paving driveway, new walls

  I recently hired Barry for a number of home improvements, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, his professionalism really stood out and the work of his team is exceptional. Barry installed new windows, helped to reconfigure the kitchen and dining room to create a lovely open plan space. They also laid a new block-paved driveway for us, and it looks fantastic.
