  From first meeting Barry after getting three quotes, we knew Barry and his team were the ones for our project. Barry immediately made us feel comfortable and gave us straight talking advice to suit our budget. We booked 6 months in advance not thinking for one minute they would be able to start the week we opted for, as obviously other jobs come up in between, but men of their word, Barry and Ross started on the exact same day we planned for. Ross Kept us informed at every stage of the build and all of the team that were ever on site were so respectful of the rest of our property and helpful.

  Rear extension and kitchen refit

  We recently instructed Barry and Ross to carry out a rear extension and full kitchen refit to our property. The experience from start to finish was of the very highest standard. We were on a tight timeline due to us wanting the extension completed before Christmas, and I have to say, the entire team worked around the clock to get us what we wanted. Everything was to the highest spec and Ross kept us informed of any issues immediately and dealt with them quickly. I don’t have a bad word to say about the entire Express team. They were friendly, professional and highly skilled. 100% recommended.

  I recently hired Barry for a number of home improvements, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, his professionalism really stood out and the work of his team is exceptional. Barry installed new windows, helped to reconfigure the kitchen and dining room to create a lovely open plan space. They also laid a new block-paved driveway for us, and it looks fantastic. The job was completed on time and within budget, with Barry keeping us informed at every stage. Overall, I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!!

  Extension to kitchen and other interior building work

  We had several site visits to discuss the building work proposals, and we were impressed with the ideas put forward by Express. We also benefited from assistance with the planning process and design aspects. I appreciated that I could contact Barry & Ross if I had any questions, and calls were always followed up.   The repair of a dilapidated garage

  An excellent job carried out - on time - in time - in budget. All representatives of the company were courteous to neighbours and the tenant living in the property. We are a Letting Agency and therefore it is imperative we get good trade people to complete works in line with councils approval. Full Marks to Barry and his team at Express Building Services.
