Recently had a bathroom renovation and new boiler and pump installation and I am extremely pleased with the service provided from start to finish , Communication was clear and professional at all time, keeping me informed through out every stage of the work . The advise and guidance given to me was excellent ,helping me to make the right decisions for both the bathroom renovation and boiler installation .All work was completed to a high standard and the team were reliable, knowledgeable and professional throughout . I had an extension done about three years ago by Express Building services. It was quite complicated but Ross, the builder did an excellent job and overcame any problems we encountered. The final job was excellent and I was very pleased with the outcome. We have decided to have a larger extension built on the rear of the house and have again asked Express Builders to carry out this work. It was started about 5 weeks ago and is progressing very well and I am pleased with the results so far and again Ross has overcome any minor problems which have arisen.

I recently had structural work done, including knocking down a wall, installation of a steel beam and having a doorway bricked up and plastered over. I couldn't be happier with the service. Communication with Barry and Ross was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of the work - especially the plastering - was to an exceptional standard. Ross was super professional and really adaptable throughout the process which made it easy for me to trust him with such a large job. He also made a big effort to keep everything clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. I would 100% recommend!

From the initial visit we knew we wanted to go with Express Building services and we are really glad we did! The work they did was to an amazingly high standard and even with some complications which arose ( because its very old house), they took it all within their stride and feel that they were completely transparent with us given us options to accommodate our budget and always factoring in our needs. Ross ( top bloke ) who carried out the job really knew his stuff and takes real pride in his work. Couldn't have asked for better people to have done it and would recommend them to anyone!

We hired Express Building Services for our renovation; removing old plaster, a structural knock-through, and full replastering. Their professionalism and workmanship were exceptional throughout. Fair, transparent pricing with no pressure for upfront payment which gave us immediate confidence. Barry and his team were reliable, trustworthy, and considerate, especially as the work coincided with the birth of our baby. They managed everything seamlessly, kept us fully informed, and delivered to a superb standard. Highly recommended ans we’ll absolutely use them again.
