I was contacted by text. Once agreed, the electrician arrived within an hour. He was very polite, respectful and professional. He identified the problem, the dimmer switch was broken and replaced it. This job was done at very short notice, Expect Electrical Services very kindly jugged their diary to accommodate this. My father in law, who has dementia, needed some urgent making safe and blanking of some troublesome double plug sockets in his kitchen and an EICR to keep his residence safe. This was prioritised and done quickly, efficiently with transparent pricing. it was a real relief to have a diligent team who truly respected the nerds of this customer and worked extremely hard to keep him safe.
