Tried to bill us almost twice what was due. It took a full day, 8 emails back and forth and 3 spurious reasons for the increase before Steve amended his invoice to the correct amount. He claimed he had quoted an incorrect hourly rate. It is his business. Rude bullying manner compounded the impression that he is not to be trusted His “engineer” who attended was fine. Diagnosed that our EV charger could not be repaired, which I’m hoping was correct and not just to sell us a new one. If we do get a replacement, it will not be through this company.
