Tom was really good at communication and managed to fit us in quickly. Tom planned the work diligently, procured valves compatible with the heating automation system I'd chosen, installed them on seven radiators, and functionally tested one of the radiator controllers. He arrived on time with the correct materials, had discussed the scope of work with me prior to starting the job, and the estimated cost was what we paid. This is the third job we've hired Tom for. We are extremely pleased with our bathroom fitting. We live in a Cornish unit with a very small bathroom, so it's not the easiest space to work with, and we really appreciated Tom's problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
