Tom was really good at communication and managed to fit us in quickly. The work was done to a fantastic standard, and if we need any more work doing to our bathroom we'll make sure we contact Tom again.

Tom planned the work diligently, procured valves compatible with the heating automation system I'd chosen, installed them on seven radiators, and functionally tested one of the radiator controllers. He arrived on time with the correct materials, had discussed the scope of work with me prior to starting the job, and the estimated cost was what we paid. This is the third job we've hired Tom for. Each time, the required work has been different, and each time, the planning, professionalism and good workmanship have been of a high order.

We are extremely pleased with our bathroom fitting. We live in a Cornish unit with a very small bathroom, so it's not the easiest space to work with, and we really appreciated Tom's problem-solving skills and attention to detail. He is also polite, reliable and "a really nice person. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
