Had windows from them before so was first choice to replace windows this time! What a mistake . Adam came out in aug to quote for aluminium windows high spec promised half as slim as upvc! Double the cost but we wanted the best and ordered.took them 3 months to get to the point of signing contract the waited till dec for fitting! So excited! The fitter was to remove bedroom window put a lintel in and fit new windows high spec. Before any contract was entered into, there was no obligation to proceed or pay until the cost, specification and aluminium profile were fully agreed. A physical sample window was provided and approved in writing. During removal of an existing window, previously weathered masonry became unstable; this condition existed prior to our works and was explained at the time. As there is an ongoing contractual dispute and legal advice is being sought, it would be inappropriate to comment further publicly.
