From the recommendation which came from my locksmith I have been so impressed by the service provided by Ewell Windows. Prompt and friendly phone call led to appointment with salesman who quoted for a replacement door which had to match existing windows. The estimate was provided next day and the new door fitted for weeks later! Expertly with so little damage to the surrounds. I’m delighted to recommend whole heartedly.

There was empathy with the situation about my broken double doors. This, I think is the most important part in a service. Genuine practical advice and options were discussed prior as I thought about my predicament in order to make decisions. On reaching out again, Ewell windows exceeded expectations on timing and readiness to answer my calls. The deposit was manageable as I put together the rest of the pennies to pay for the finished job. What fine gentlemen these are. They did not chase me up endlessly for payment. They are polite and polished. If only the world was made of Ewell windows..

I would highly recommend this company. I have had hinges and a window replaced. One front door hinge needed replacing too. It was difficult to locate one as they were no longer available. The fitters were asked to look in the depths of their spare parts- luckily one was found and fitted. I was very grateful.
