  Amer has prepared a Schedule of Condition report as required by my neighbour's consent to the Party Wall. The report was comprehensive and completed rather quickly. He communicates well, showed good knowledge and experience and offered useful advice on dealings with party wall matters.

  Party wall surveyor service for kitchen extension to back of our house

  We found Evolve party wall surveyors on check-a-trade and were impressed by the reviews. When we spoke to the principal surveyor, amer, we were happy with the way he expained everything and also his fees were very reasonable. Evolve and in particular amer did not let us down with exceptional service throughout the whole party wall process. In the end our builder managed to start work on our kitchen extension on time without any delays. This was all down to the level of service that amer provided us so we are extremely happy with him. Yes you should use him for your job no doubt.

  Party wall service, schedule of condition and party wall awards

  I had a rather complex party wall matter with a total of 6x adjoining owners to both sides of my house. Amer sorted out the party wall notices for every adjoining owner and then liaised with them directly to resolve matters with the least amount of cost to us. Amer seamlessly agreed with the owners appropriate arrangements in good time. The outcome was that we were able to commence our extension project on time without any unexpected delays. I recommend Amer of Evolve party wall surveyors to anyone looking for a high standard and efficient building surveyor to resolve their party wall issue

  Two storey side extension and loft conversion

  A truly great experience working with Amer of Evolve Party Wall Surveyors. I highly recommend Amer to anyone looking for a Party Wall Surveyor. We first considered Amer seriously because of the high score reviews on this site. The other factor that swayed us was that he is a RICS Registered Building Surveyor and his firm is a RICS Regulated Firm. Anyway we were not disappointed with the service as it was outstanding. Amer went that extra mile to address all queries promptly and was also available to take calls out of hours in evenings and some weekends. 100% sure I would use this firm again !

  Party wall surveyor for rear & side extensions and loft conversion project

  We were introduced to Amer of Evolve Party Wall surveyors a few months ago through checkatrade and were pleased with the competitive quote we received. From the beginning Amer explained everything clearly and easily so that we could understand the process from start to finish. Amer has been very helpful throughout the process with updates at every stage so that we were well informed. There were some issues with the neighbours which Amer explained all options before we decided on the best approach. Everything was resolved within 4 weeks from the start to the end. We are very pleased with Amer.
