We were very grateful for a prompt phone call and same day appointment to view our party wall. Amer was professional and personable, making us feel at ease to ask questions and help us understand the building work and how it may affect our property . He gave clear information and wise advice in how to have good working relations with our neighbours whilst 'protecting' our own interests. We had an email and report back the same evening which meant we felt able to sign the consent of the party wall notice in good time.
