I had a great experience dealing with Amer for a party wall agreement related to a chimney breast removal. Amer was helpful from the first time I called spending time explaining the process and detailing the different options. Our neighbour is very nervous about the works and initially felt they wanted their own surveyor however Amer spent well over an hour talking him through his concerns and as a result agreed to proceed with Amer as joint surveyor with an Award in place. Through the whole process Amer was happy to spend time clarifying my concerns and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
