Amer has prepared a Schedule of Condition report as required by my neighbour's consent to the Party Wall. The report was comprehensive and completed rather quickly. He communicates well, showed good knowledge and experience and offered useful advice on dealings with party wall matters.

When we spoke to the principal surveyor, amer, we were happy with the way he expained everything and also his fees were very reasonable. Evolve and in particular amer did not let us down with exceptional service throughout the whole party wall process. In the end our builder managed to start work on our kitchen extension on time without any delays. This was all down to the level of service that amer provided us so we are extremely happy with him. Yes you should use him for your job no doubt.

I had a rather complex party wall matter with a total of 6x adjoining owners to both sides of my house. Amer sorted out the party wall notices for every adjoining owner and then liaised with them directly to resolve matters with the least amount of cost to us. We first considered Amer seriously because of the high score reviews on this site. The other factor that swayed us was that he is a RICS Registered Building Surveyor and his firm is a RICS Regulated Firm. Anyway we were not disappointed with the service as it was outstanding. Amer went that extra mile to address all queries promptly and was also available to take calls out of hours in evenings and some weekends. 100% sure I would use this firm again !
