James and the team were very helpful and professional. We needed repair to slipped flashing in our pitched roof and a couple of slipped tiles, which meant there was water coming into our loft space. James explained really clearly what our options were, timelines and costs. Good communications at a busy time of year, we did have to wait a couple of weeks due to weather and other work, but when the team came they were very comprehensive approach as they also fixed other slipped tiles and damaged areas. Work to roof was finished in a day and James and his scaffolding contacts were flexible

We had a roof leak during heavy rain and discovered the flashing on our party wall had come loose. We messaged James late in the evening, and he replied straight away, then came first thing in the morning to inspect and fix it.
