  Fixed leaking toilet

  Came out on a Sunday to fix the leak from the back of my toilet and save my bathroom from flooding. Very professional and turned up even earlier than he said. Ended up changing the valve in the cistern as well because it wasn't shutting off properly so everything now works as it should.

  Friendly experienced plumber

  I needed some urgent general plumbing done on my new home in Kent. Elvis was quick to fit me in and he did a really good job replacing a radiator and plumbing in my new kitchen sink. He turned up on time, did a professional job, tested everything and cleared up afterwards. He even messaged me a few days later to check all was good. He may not be the cheapest option but for a short notice job, I thought he was great. Recommended!

  Professional, kind and friendly

  Elvis was an incredible find - he carried out the work needed in a timely manner and made sure we were aware of all possible options before he started. He gave us a few options at different price points, without ever pressuring us to pick the most expensive one. He was honest, extremely professional and kind. He made sure we knew exactly what he was doing and completed the job excellently. He was on time, left the space cleaner than how he found it and at every step communicated with us really well.   Excellent response and customer service

  Elvis responded extremely quickly to my request to find an underground leak, he came out in the evening, found the leak under a thick concrete slab and it was fixed the next day.
