    Fitting vanity units. Toilets and shower

    This trader was booked to install combination unit in cloakroom and sink vanity unit , toilet and shower in en-suite . Installation was very poor and ended with multiple damages , faults and leaks in addition to refusing to provide invoice and not complying to cover his work for one year . Complaint was investigated by Checktrade Guarantee Claim CLMVVMYLWL9C and my claim was successfull and recovered £642 which is less than the full repair cost .

    Replacing flusher

    Elvis came out within days! He came with the parts and was in and out very quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and always cleans up afterwards. We rely on him to fix everything as we know it will get done speedily and we live busy lifestyles.

    Cleaning blocked taps

    Elvis completed the work (two blocked taps due the limescale) efficiently, turning up on time and explaining the issue. He completed the to a satisfactory standard. Would recommend however he is very very expensive

    Tap and valve replacement after detecting leak

    Elvis came out to the property immediately to look at a leak we had found. He was very flexible and accommodating and was able to fix the issue by replacing the tap and valves on the same day. Excellent communication and a really well done job. Thanks!
