    Engineer came during the time slot given. Unfortunately I did not get his name (his initials are JL). He was a very nice chap. He explained and showed me everything he was doing, carried out the repair and then tested my washing machine. He left the utility room clean and tidy. Have used Esteem before and will again and would also not hesitate to recommend. Perfect - thank you.

    Tumble dryer issue

    Easy to arrange an engineer visit for a few days ahead. Good communication with the office, questions answered promptly etc. Engineer was polite efficient and knowledgeable. I would be happy to use Esteem again.
