  excellent service. Updated with time window when engineer was to arrive which was followed up by a call from the engineer to give notice when was 20 mins away. Friendly, efficient service and microwave fixed quickly. Recommend.

  Excellent service for mending my dishwasher

  Esteem repaired a dishwasher. They came at the agreed time, tried to mend the machine but decided that it needed a new control board. This was quite expensive, but they did not push me into getting it staright away (the dishwasher was working but not at the right temperature). After a few days I decided to get the new control board: I phoned Esteem and they ordered the part. When the part arrived they came round promptly and installed it. The dishwasher now works properly. I could not fault Esteem.
