  Oven repair

  We approached Esteem after discovering our oven was failing to heat properly. They dispatched an engineer, who was able to quickly diagnose the issue and order replacement parts, before returning a few days later to complete the repair. Esteem were efficient, helpful and their engineer friendly and knowledgeable. We were delighted with their service.

  Tumble dryer repair - excellent job

  What was done well: the repair job, excellent and informing every step on what's going to happen. What could be improved: no feedback during the waiting time, called 3 times to office with out of office message, I just got received a call 7 mins before coming to home but it would be great to have a way to call the company or the engineer to know roughly the arriving time.

  Oven was not heating

  Gave me an appointment time of between 08:00 and 13:00 and did turn up between those hours. The engineer quickly identified the problem and fitted a new part. He also fitted a new bulb as well.
