I needed the element in my cooker replaced, they were very helpful and professional and did it quickly and efficiently.

The initial callout charge of £108 seemed high but as it included all subsequent labour costs and I feared it wasn't a simple fault I accepted. The problem was a faulty cutout thermostat which has been removed and a new one ordered and will be replaced when it arrives. A loose earth wire has also been refixed.
