Quick efficient & helpful

Was really pleased to find an independent retailer locally, helpful, commutative and professional. Explained what we wanted they gave us quotes on 3 different appliances and delivery dates. We agreed a model we were shortly given a date for delivery and fitting. This was confirmed. The fitter (Steve) came removed the old freezer, fitted the new and fitted our kitchen door to the new appliance and took the old freezer away to dispose of. Excellent. Thank you so good to find your company will be back again in the future.

Engineer James arrived on schedule, we discussed the issue and he set about identifying the problem. Causes were identified and resolved to complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

The Enginner was fantastic! Pulling out an oven on the hottest day of the year (so far!) was brilliant and the fact it was fixed without new parts was ace!
