2 Overpromise, overprice, under deliver

Job was to rip out a patch of grass and replace it with slate. According to them there was more mud than expected & I wanted a new slab put in near my door so the quote went up- from £800 to £3500. ridiculous looking back at it. I imagine to"justify" this cost they called in extra men and a grabber truck to remove the waste, neither of which I asked them to do as I wasn't in a rush for the job to be done quickly. when work was done they left a mess which we agreed would be cleared up- never happened and I did it myself. the slab had boot prints left in it and debris& CEMENT got onto the slateVerified reviewerJob location: SS13 10 Kitchen Makeover

I had my old kitchen ripped out, a whole new kitchen installed. Cupboards, cooker and sink everything was done perfectly. I had my kitchen and living room floor tiled and small single toilet ripped out, and completely transformed. New wall tiles and floor tiles. New toilet and sink fitted.
