  Good plastering, but poor customer service

  The bathroom ceiling plastering work was good by my standards. However, a hole was discovered in the shower tray shortly after completion. The damage was consistent with pressure from a fixed point, and no other trades were on site. Richie denied responsibility offering no resolution. I was rushed to pay the full £550 before I could inspect the work in person and did so based on a video of the ceiling. On discovery I requested £229 towards a basic repair, which was outright refused. He claims he didn't do it and I have no definite proof, but overall, disappointing handling of the issue.

  Plastering walls & celing

  Ritchie and Barry were polite and friendly from start to finish and did a great job plastering our master bedroom. The plastering has come out really smooth and the room already looks so much better because of it. They were easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. We're really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get plastering done.

  Thoroughly recommend this excellent plastering company

  I phoned this company after someone on Facebook recommended them. Barrie was extremely helpful and came out the next day to provide a quote and answer all my questions. We needed three walls and an artexed ceiling replastering with some tricky ‘work around’ jobs included. His quote was reasonable and he was able to fit me in five days later. Barrie arrived with his colleague on time and did a thoroughly professional job for us. He did exactly as we asked in good time and his workmanship was excellent. I thoroughly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  Wall repaired and plastered

  I contacted Ritchie who was very prompt to reply and give me quote for repairing and plastering half a wall . This meant I was able to get a date booked promptly . Ritchie arrived early , repaired and re plastered wall ( and it was mainly back to bare brick with some old plaster still on ) . Repaired wall , and plastered . Very clean worker . And wall looked great , very smooth , was very happy with result and would recommend Thank you !
