4 Good plastering, but poor customer service

The bathroom ceiling plastering work was good by my standards. However, a hole was discovered in the shower tray shortly after completion. The damage was consistent with pressure from a fixed point, and no other trades were on site. Richie denied responsibility offering no resolution. I was rushed to pay the full £550 before I could inspect the work in person and did so based on a video of the ceiling. On discovery I requested £229 towards a basic repair, which was outright refused. He claims he didn't do it and I have no definite proof, but overall, disappointing handling of the issue.Verified reviewerJob location: N22
