Jack attended promptly. He explained the difficulty of accessing a nest under my raised beds. He laid traps, blocked access holes into the beds from the neighbour's garden. All questions answered clearly. Thoroughly professional throughout. Always on time. Communication was prompt and apologetic when his van broke down, ensuring I was not left waiting & wondering where he was. Jack went above & beyond, reassuring me at every stage. 100% recommend. Jack was very prompt in attending when I heard noises in the loft & professional throughout. He found mice were getting in through a damaged airbrick at my neighbours house.
