Hi had a wasps nest in my loft and phoned up Essex pest proof very nice person on the phone and told me they could come next day as they was in the area to remove it, He told me what was going to happen, to shut all windows and doors he went up in loft and sorted the problem, an excellent service would highly recommend this company

We had a serious Squirrel infestation in a loft space. David responded to my enquiry immediately. Explained fully the cost and how the eradication what be undertaken. I accepted the quotation and they visited a few days later. They set up traps and CCTV to monitor and find the access point. David kept us regularly updated and visited to empty traps as required. They repaired the identified access point on a further visit. From start to finish a highly polished company. Highly recommend.

Jack attended promptly. He explained the difficulty of accessing a nest under my raised beds. He laid traps, blocked access holes into the beds from the neighbour's garden. All questions answered clearly. Thoroughly professional throughout. Always on time. Communication was prompt and apologetic when his van broke down, ensuring I was not left waiting & wondering where he was. Jack went above & beyond, reassuring me at every stage. 100% recommend. Last year, I had cause to use this company on a different matter, & as the service is 100%, I called them back.

Jack was very prompt in attending when I heard noises in the loft & professional throughout. He found mice were getting in through a damaged airbrick at my neighbours house. He liaised with the neighbours and blocked up the entrances and after they were eradicated from both lofts disinfected the area.
