  Chris came and bricked up two windows. He was helpful and accommodating when booking the job in. Including arranging scaffolding. Great communication throughout and the work was completed quickly. Would highly recommend.

  Rebuilt our crumbled chimney

  Chris saved our works progress by coming back after our pointing was finished to rebuild the crumbling chimney. He was incredibly competitive on price, and although it set us back a week, looking at them now we are so glad he came and did them. We can’t thank and rate Chris enough, he is one of the hardest working tradesmen we’ve had round, he’s always happy, and most importantly the finish of his work, and his diligence is second to none. He has perfectly matched the corbels and brick work, he was brilliant. No doubt, he’ll have first refusal for any of our future brickwork/lime pointing.

  Lime repointing of Victorian house

  We were very worried about cracks in the wall of my Victorian house. Chris came to look and advise. He immediately impressed me with his knowledge, so we asked for a quote, which was excellent, and proceeded with the work. He and his team arrived on the exact day agreed and got on with the job brilliantly Now it's done I have a much better wall than I could have dreamed of due to some extra work Chris did to finish off the job. He impressed us with his knowledge, advice, timekeeping and craftsmanship. I strongly recommend Essex Masonary Services

  Very Professional

  Essex Masonry services built my outbuilding and I couldn’t fault the service. Very punctual and professional but also gave advice throughout the build on design options. Definitely recommend and will use then again for any extensions.
