Chris did a great job repointing the back wall of my 1930s house. It was a total mess before he worked his magic. He kept me informed when there was a delay due to the scaffolder running late. He also resolved an additional problem identified while on site, without breaking the bank. As a female client I felt comfortable dealing with Chris. He answered all of my questions, giving clear explanations. He also leaves a very clean site each day. The wall he repointed is the best looking one on the house now. I would definitely recommend Chris. Thanks loads for making my house a lot prettier :)

Chris from EMS has done a great job with our bungalow repointing. Chris came over and had a look and he gave advice on what needed to be done. He arrived on the agreed starting date and was reliable throughout. I had quite a few questions and Chris answered promptly. We are so delighted with the work Chris has done and have asked for a quote for more work to be done to build a wall out of the front of the bungalow. I can thoroughly recommend Chris and EMS, top job mate!

Chris and his team were excellent. Came out to see us at short notice to give an estimate. Turned up on the day planned , work completed to a very high standard, all waste was cleared and removed. No hidden costs , I'd use essex masonry again and thoroughly recommend.

Chris and his team worked really well re-pointing the whole of our house. They were very helpful explaining how the work was to be carried out. They were all very polite and always tided up before leaving. We are very pleased with the outcome our house now looks as good as new.

Chris and his team did a lot of work for us throughout the last couple of years and were always really professional, punctual and helpful. Their work is done to an incredibly high standard but they are also always willing to help and advise with different ideas. Couldn't recommend them more!

Chris & his team are certainly the best around! Not only are they mega knowledgeable with years of experience but really efficient and professional. Chris came round to look at our Brickwork damage and was really knowledgeable on what needed to be done and gave us a very reasonable quote. Chris & the team are mega busy and always working in huge projects (which shows how in demand they are). Chris is so friendly and wanting to help and he managed to get one of his experienced team members to come and fix our issue (on his day off) the following weekend which we were hugely grateful for ❤️
