Left with gate that doesn't close

I'm sorry to write a bad review, but this is my last attempt to get this job fixed. Jack was very helpful at first, but a couple of weeks after he installed our gate and fence it rained, and the gate became swollen and now doesn't close. I notified him of this and he said he would come back and fix it, and six weeks later he finally agreed a date. He then didn't turn up, and hasn't replied to any of my messages or calls since. We are now left with a front gate that won't close.

New fence and gate in North London

Jack and his colleague were able to give us a very competitive quote quickly, took time to talk through questions we had about the fence, and then installed new panels and a matching garden gate a few days later. Cleaned up really thoroughly including taking away the old fence panels - we're very pleased. Thanks Jack!
