  Left with gate that doesn't close

  I'm sorry to write a bad review, but this is my last attempt to get this job fixed. Jack was very helpful at first, but a couple of weeks after he installed our gate and fence it rained, and the gate became swollen and now doesn't close. I notified him of this and he said he would come back and fix it, and six weeks later he finally agreed a date. He then didn't turn up, and hasn't replied to any of my messages or calls since. We are now left with a front gate that won't close.

  Jason did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. He put a lot of thought into how to get the job done right, especially with some tricky tile patterns!
