  Thoroughly recommend Essex Drainage Facilities. John presented options and helped to coordinate with partners to ensure the job was complete - whilst always looking out for us as client. They undertook a great job, were professional in their approach and we now plan to have John undertake regular maintenance going forward.

  Polite, professional and clean

  I can't recommend Essex Drainage Facilities enough. After a call out to investigate a blocked drain, which they arrived early for they gave us some great advice on putting a new drain in. When they put the drain in they were professional, polite, clean and did a great job. I would definitely use them again if I needed any drainage work carried out.

  Drainage blockage

  The most informative and fair plumber you’ll ever meet. Others were asking me to pay thousands for CCTV and jetting machines when I didn’t need it could all be sorted in 30mins for less than £150. Would highly recommend, offered the best advice and 30mins-1hr of his time on the phone, not even expecting to win the job. A very kind and good engineer.

  Blocked Drain

  My cloakroom w.c. was blocked. Called Essex Drainage Facilities who were very helpful on the phone. Turned up for the appointment on time and discovered that my drain and manhole had severe tree root incursion. The guys worked hard to clear the roots and made sure that my drain was clear. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. All in all a very good service at a very reasonable price.
