John was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish. The installation was completed to a high standard with no issues at all. I would highly recommend his services.

My cloakroom w.c. was blocked. Called Essex Drainage Facilities who were very helpful on the phone. Turned up for the appointment on time and discovered that my drain and manhole had severe tree root incursion. The guys worked hard to clear the roots and made sure that my drain was clear. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. All in all a very good service at a very reasonable price.
