  We’re absolutely delighted with the woodburner Karl installed for us. He clearly knows his craft, explained everything in simple terms, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Karl worked efficiently, paid great attention to detail, and was tidy and respectful throughout. The finished result looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room.   We cannot recommend Karl highly enough. We sought out a stove fitter to build us a brick surround and install a new stove. Karl was excited by the prospect and made the whole process a joy. A thorough and genuine person who wants to do the best job he can, he really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and always make sure we were included on every step of the journey and that our opinions mattered. His work and cleanliness are second to none and we will not be going anywhere else for stove cleaning/installing. Thank you Karl!

  Excellent service from start to finish from Karl. Polite, efficient, and very tidy while installing our log burner. Arrived on time, worked professionally, and the finished result is excellent. We’re extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend to anyone in South Wales.

  Fireplace opened and new log burner

  Karl removed our gas fire and surround, and opened up our fireplace to install a new log burner. We're so happy with the workmanship and Karl was very professional and clearly takes great pride in his work. We were also kept informed on all the stages of work, and he even came back on a Sunday to do some finishing touches to the mantle! Could not recommend him more.

  I recently used Esser Stoves to install a new flue system and refurbish my wood burner, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Karl was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job properly. He took the time to explain every stage of the work clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard.
