  Log burner fitted.

  As a police officer I am always cautious about using workmen that are unknown to me however Karl was as promised. He keeps you informed, works hard, is tidy, very polite, very competitive and goes that little bit extra to complete the job to the customers satisfaction. He has worked alone the whole time here and despite small hiccups with my chimney he has persisted to get the result. Karl has been left with my key and has been very trustworthy. Highly recommended as a good honest worker with good results. Can’t wait to decorate now.

  A nicer chap you will never meet. It has been a real pleasure having Karl work for us, he's a lovely guy, very considerate, exceptionally tidy and has a passion for what he does and his eye for detail is amazing. We are so pleased with our new stove and even more chuffed that his cost was so much more competitive/ realistic than the bigger names in the industry!

  Karl has excellent approach to customer service, polite with clear consistent communication and extremely helpful. Good quality workmanship and kept me informed at every step of the process. Leveraging his discount with local companies I was able to save against the purchase price of the fireplace, which was a fantastic benefit. Thanks for a great job and good service.

  Karl has been an absolute pleasure to work with, his attitude and professional approach is very refreshing. He talked through the various options with us upon first meeting us, after agreeing what we wanted Karl agreed a price and time to do the work. We encountered a slight delay due to Karl's van breaking down but he then completed our job in just 1 day by bringing a colleague with him to avoid disappointing us. We would use and recommend Karl to both family and friends,. We feel that we got very good value for money and a very professional install.
