  Excellent service from start to finish from Karl. Polite, efficient, and very tidy while installing our log burner. Arrived on time, worked professionally, and the finished result is excellent. We’re extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend to anyone in South Wales.

  Fireplace opened and new log burner

  Karl removed our gas fire and surround, and opened up our fireplace to install a new log burner. We're so happy with the workmanship and Karl was very professional and clearly takes great pride in his work. We were also kept informed on all the stages of work, and he even came back on a Sunday to do some finishing touches to the mantle! Could not recommend him more.

  Professional/skilled and understanding

  I recently used Esser Stoves to install a new flue system and refurbish my wood burner, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Karl was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job properly. He took the time to explain every stage of the work clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. It was obvious that he takes real pride in his workmanship and cares about delivering safe, long-lasting solutions rather than rushing through a job. Will 100% use for next burner👌

  Absolutely delighted with our new wood-burning stove. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was explained clearly from start to finish. Professional, reliable and tidy throughout. Our living room is so cosy. Highly recommend Esser Stoves!

  Log burner fitted.

  As a police officer I am always cautious about using workmen that are unknown to me however Karl was as promised. He keeps you informed, works hard, is tidy, very polite, very competitive and goes that little bit extra to complete the job to the customers satisfaction. He has worked alone the whole time here and despite small hiccups with my chimney he has persisted to get the result. Karl has been left with my key and has been very trustworthy. Highly recommended as a good honest worker with good results. Can’t wait to decorate now.
