We are so happy with our log burner installed by Karl. From quotation stage and coming round we knew we were in good hands. Karl was thorough and explained the process, spending far longer than anyone else, he made sure he understood the job as it wasn't a simple install due to the construction of the house. During the day of the install they were extremely polite and conscious of mess. He ensured we knew how to use it efficiently and even sent recommendations for a fan afterwards. We will be using Karl again to install another log burner in the future. We couldn't recommend them enough.

We cannot recommend Karl highly enough. We sought out a stove fitter to build us a brick surround and install a new stove. Karl was excited by the prospect and made the whole process a joy.
