  Builders were excellent, prompt,hardworking and tidy. I was kept informed throughout and am really pleased with the whole job. I will definitely be using this company to renovate the front of my property. Highly recommend them. 5 star!

  Wall repair

  We recently hired ES Build company to fix the blockwork and apply render on the front fence , including the installation of copper stones. The team did an excellent job — the finish perfectly matches the existing render, and the workmanship is of very high quality. They were punctual, tidy, and used good materials as agreed. The site was left clean after completion, and communication throughout the job was clear and professional. We’re very happy with the result and would definitely recommend ES Build for anyone looking for reliable and skilled builders.

  Exceptional Professionalism - Structural Reinforcement Work.

  In consultation with our engineer, Elshad and his team helped us with structural work - namely exposure works to identify the problem, replacing failing timber lintels with steel, and reinforcing the extension beam to remedy cracking in the property. Through a stressful time, ES Build were constantly on hand to answer queries and offer their expertise, without ever pressing us to do works that might’ve been more costly. They did an incredible job for a fair price, never cutting corners to move on. I can’t speak more highly of ES build and will be using them for all future renovation work.

  Highly recommended for problem solving and work quality

  Elshad and his delightful team did a great and tidy demolition job, solving problems to fit with the specialised kitchen design. In fact the most common two words I heard Elshad speak were “no problem”. He took ownership for the project and also came up with some useful suggestions during the process. After the cabinetry worktop and appliances had been installed, one of his team returned for 3.5 days for beautiful tiling and decorating. Highly recommend

  Chimney removal, steel beam, plastering, lights, rads—great team, well-managed project

  Elshad and his team did a great job on our renovation—removing two chimney breasts, installing a steel beam, replastering several rooms, fitting new radiators and downlights, and more. The project took around six weeks and was well managed throughout. The team was friendly, hardworking, and always checked in with Elshad, who kept us updated and explained everything clearly. He also coordinated with tradespeople, building control, and structural engineers. We’d happily hire them again and recommend to others.
