Very responsive from the initial phone call and through out the work. We started with cloak room and bathroom. We are happy with the work carried out and the timeframe. We have asked for some more works we needed to do to update our home. Through out the time it is very easy you communicate. I was kept up to date everyday on the progress. I would recommend ES build to my friends and family.

Elshad and his team did a great job on our bathroom. He didn't leave until we were fully satisfied with everything. I notice all the smallest details and nothing was to much of a hassle to change or touch up. In fact they went over and beyond and even gave me pointers on DIY projects I was doing around the house. Really happy with the outcome.

Elshad's company is highly skilled in all aspects of building and renovation. He has completed numerous projects for me, and I would highly recommend company as top of the range! Last project was complete refurbishment of my extended lounge - bookcases, built-in TV unit, impeccable painting and ceiling down lighting. would highly recommend this company!

Elshad and his team did a great job after we discovered roof damage - replacing the roof membrane and flashing, relaying tiles, installing guttering and repointing the chimneys, and insulating and boarding the loft. They were very responsive (including an emergency call-out over Christmas!), hard-working and with regular communication throughout. We'd definitely recommend them.

I give ES Build the highest ratings for their skilled workmanship and for customer relations. The owner was very approachable and kept us fully informed throughout. He was always available to answer our questions and most concerned that we should be completely satisfied with the highest quality of the challenging work. It involved installing an RSJ and rebuilding a section of the front wall that had been shoddily repaired in the past, while shoring up the rest of the house. The craftsmen in his team were very considerate and easy to have around. I strongly recommend them. Definitely 5 stars.

The work was carried out promptly and efficiency. The team were hardworking and did their utmost to protect the house and furnishings from the unavoidable dust and debris from their structural investigations. The Company head was helpful, friendly and very communicative.
