Emil was a pleasure to work with and came out very quickly and had a lot of knowledge. My washing machine is back up and running again.

I can't recommend Emil highly enough. I contacted Emil, he responded within the hour and came to my house the next day. He was very respectful of my home and clearly had a lot of experience. He diagnosed the issue and came back within a few days once the new part had arrived to fit it. He continued to be available over message to help me diagnose an issue with another appliance (which he is now coming back to fix!). He is very responsive over message and available at short notice. He also managed my expectations very clearly around costs throughout.

This is the second time I have used ES Appliance Repairs. First for an oven that stopped heating, this time for fridge door that needed alignment. Emil always fixes the problem. He is very knowledgeable, reliable, informative and reasonably priced. I have complete faith that Emil will do the best job possible. He tries to save his customers money by suggesting alternatives. He will always be my go to appliance repair person.. in addition, he is a lovely decent man. I totally recommend ES Appliance Repairs.

We had a dishwasher error code fault. The engineer arrived when he said he would, had a look at the dishwasher and applied a fix that we think will sort the issue.

Booked the appointment for my broken washing machine on 17/04. The engineer has arrived on time and was very polite. He checked the machine very thoroughly and gave me a very detailed diagnose. Sadly my washing machine is very old and not worthy of repairing so I decided not to proceed with the repair which he gave me an option as well. He was very competent and I appreciate his honest opinion that help me to decide to buy a new one and not waste any more money on repairs like the previous engineer did. I definitely will use this company in the future.

Excellent communication, turned up about half an hour after I spoke with them and instantly fixed the issue. Very reasonable price for excellent service.
