The problem was identified on Monday, the part was ordered and installed on Friday.

Emil Stankov came to check our fridge/freezer as the freezer was no longer keeping food properly frozen. He came at a day's notice. He gave us an approximate time (subject to finishing other jobs) and kept us updated on his progress. He was professional, thorough and evidently experienced. He advised that the cost of repairing the freezer, which was 19.5 years old, meant it was better to buy a new one. He voluntarily reduced the callout charge he had quoted, because he was not doing a repair. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped, we trusted his advice and would use him again.

Excellent, came same day and diagnosed issue

Emil was quite rude on the phone, he cut me off when I tried to make another appointment after cancelling the 1st one I will not deal with ES Appliance again.

Excellent service from start to finish, great communication, Arrived promptly to look at my dryer, which was unfortunately beyond economic repair. Emil was professional, polite and totally charming throughout the process and offered helpful advice on replacement. Will definitely use his services again if needed.
