ERMA Electrical are Professional, Punctual & Trustworthy. I cannot recommend Erma Electrical LTD highly enough. We had a complete electrical failure at home days before Christmas. Erma came to our rescue at incredibly short notice. Despite the urgent call-out, Erma arrived promptly, was very polite and respectful. He immediately diagnosed the problem(s). The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and to the highest standard. The work was completed on November 12, 2025. NIC/EIC certificate was not issued due to the claimed technical problem from the installer. After two weeks, we still have no certificate and could not proceed with the Richmond Building Control's inspection as the inspector has requested the Electrical Installation certificate.

Very grateful for the very speedy and great service. We had no hot water on a bank holiday weekend and they were able to come in an hour, and fixed everything perfectly.
