Shane was quick to respond come by and explained the possibilities of noises. He checked everything thoroughly and cleared out possible routes to roof for night visitor. He was very knowledge and advised on few other tasks in the garden. His passion and knowledge of the field was evident. Followed up with good communication and very reasonable charged. Very friendly and helpful and persistent in solving the problem of rat deterrent.
