Very good with communication and updates throughout the entire process. They were thorough and efficient with care, respect and consideration for me being elderly with restricted mobility. They were flexible with days and times, to suit me and able to offer extra help. They did all the lifting and moving of furniture to prepare for treatment, there was no damage and they checked with me on all issues.

Very responsive to deal with an ant problem

Shane was quick to respond come by and explained the possibilities of noises. He checked everything thoroughly and cleared out possible routes to roof for night visitor. He was very knowledge and advised on few other tasks in the garden. His passion and knowledge of the field was evident. Followed up with good communication and very reasonable charged.
