    Key stuck in door

    Had a key stuck in the lock. Michael was here within a couple of hours and resolved the issue. Personable bloke too - would highly recommend.

    Amazing response time and service!

    Thank you very much for helping me get into our home yesterday evening with 2 young children. My husband had left the key inside the property and had gone to London which left me stuck outside with 2 young children in the dark & cold weather. Mike was with me within 20 minutes of my husband calling and got me back into our house safely within 5 minutes. He even helped with all the bags and made sure we was inside ok, he gave some great advise about our doors/locks which I am now looking into. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you.
