  Michael came straight out, even though it was the end of the day. He was extremely helpful and thorough and solved the problem with the locks. Very good value for money and a very nice man. Will definitely use him again. Thank you Michael.

  Fast response and great service

  Our back door handle went loose and wouldn’t open or close the door, it just kept turning. It was around 10:30pm on Valentines day and we didn’t hold out much luck for getting someone out. However Michael responded immediately and was with us within 3 mins. He was polite, honest and informative. Not only did he fix the handle but re-aligned the door and fitted a new mechanism. The pricing was also really reasonable given it was a very late night call out (and it was freezing cold!). I had expected it to be more so was pleasantly surprised. Really nice guy and would highly recommend.

  Excellent service and reasonable price

  Our mum has carers attending her house and managed to lock the key inside the house, left and pulled the door to which meant they couldn't re-open the door. We tried to use our key to gain entry but couldn't as it wouldn't turn. We were unable to pull the handle down via the letterbox so we had no choice but to call a locksmith. I called Michael and told him the issue, said he would be 10-20mins. I said amazing and he turned up in 15mins. He told me the cost and dealt with the problem speedily. He sent us the bill and all sorted. Excellent service and would recommend every time. Great chap
