    Excellent service, highly recommend!

    Excellent service. Mike replied to my message quickly, answered all my questions clearly, and offered a next-day appointment, which was very convenient. He arrived on time and fixed the lock efficiently. What impressed me most was his honesty—he could have charged more or suggested extra parts, but instead took the time to repair the existing issue and saved me money. Professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend his services.

    Having arrived home around 10.30pm on a Saturday night, to my horror I found that I had locked the front door with my keys in the lock on the inside. Luckily I had my mobile, so a quick search on line led me to Epic Locksmiths who were local. Michael was with me very quickly and was able to unlock the door remotely and in no time we were in. Thank you Michael, a brilliant job!

    Michael came straight out, even though it was the end of the day. He was extremely helpful and thorough and solved the problem with the locks. Very good value for money and a very nice man. Will definitely use him again. Thank you Michael.
