My front door wouldn’t lock so I rang Epic. The chap came out within an hour, found it was a stone distorting the lock, sorted it out. He wouldn’t charge me! How kind!

Very quick and helpful response to our initial enquiry about a faulty lock. Diagnosis via smart phone photos saved a first call out, thus saving costs.
