A speedy response, friendly but professional on the phone and in person. Rob is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Two visits to establish that there are no pests in my loft. Excellent service. He arrived within 2 hours of my call, killed off an outdoor wasps nest and offered to come back for no charge should the wasps persist. A very fair price and no hidden charges. £80 inclusive - worth paying to avoid stings!
