So rats in loft/cavity walls. Deep joy! Never had a problem previously within the house. Prefer not to have it again but wouldn't go to anyone else.Reached out and received a response from Alison almost immediately. The next morning Rob was at the door ready to help. Always thorough. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Alison always on hand to book in visits around a busy working life. When you consider how much time is spent visiting, trying to eradicate the issues - I didn't hesitate to pay my invoice after my final visit. Knowing they're still a call away is a relief. We had signs of rats 🐀 under the floor and getting into a cupboard under stairs. Quickly and easily arranged a visit with their office. Identified rats coming in via damaged sewer. Put bait down, advised who to contact water company and sent report which you need for anglia water. Cleared blockage and did more visits to check back and re bait. Super helpful and reassuring only wish could get the same service from water company to repair their sewer...lovely genuine bloke. Thank you.

Provided an excellent service, discrete and very thorough. They gave advise on what needed to be done to ensure further prevention. Would definitely recommend and have no problem in using again, although hopefully won't be required.

Noticed a rat in the space above my flat and walls, I got an appointment the next day and Rob came out and carried out an inspection of the building and put together a report with photos showing the work that needs to be done for the building management company. He also gave some great insight and advice on rodent problems which really helped me to see everything differently! Cant recommend these guys enough! Many thanks!
