Easy to book with good communication via WhatsApp to set up the EPC appointment. Competitive and fixed price set which was helpful. Only issue was on the day I had to ring the tradesman as they hadn’t arrived. I was then advised they were running late and wouldn’t make it to 2 hours later. This was fine as I was off work however it would have been helpful if they had notified me of this rather than waiting for me to chase.
