Ola was prompt to contact me and was available at short notice to carryout the job. All work completed well. I marked Ola 9 out of 10 for communication because it was not clear to me that the certificate would be uploaded on the gov.uk website and not emailed to me. Otherwise, 10 out of 10 for the other areas.

Engineer very punctual, extremely pleasant, offered advice and said if I had any questions to get in touch.
