2 Steer clear – unprofessional, lacks transparency, and a complete time-waster.

We hired this company for an EPC, Gas Certificate, and Floor Plan. EPC and Gas were fine, but the floor plan was rushed in 10 minutes, inaccurate, and unusable, delaying our planning application. Original quote was EPC £90, Gas £50, EICR £80, Floor Plan £30. He ignored our refund request, attempted the plan again, and demanded extra fees for the EICR and call-out despite saying there’d be none originally. Refunded only £10, became defensive and condescending, then abandoned the job entirely. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable.
