We hired this company for an EPC, Gas Certificate, and Floor Plan. EPC and Gas were fine, but the floor plan was rushed in 10 minutes, inaccurate, and unusable, delaying our planning application. Original quote was EPC £90, Gas £50, EICR £80, Floor Plan £30. He ignored our refund request, attempted the plan again, and demanded extra fees for the EICR and call-out despite saying there’d be none originally. Refunded only £10, became defensive and condescending, then abandoned the job entirely. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Avoid.

Thanks lots and really appreciate it as they done really well works and very professional engineering are so kindness and great heart and will recommend again soon. They also done Electrical and Gas and EPC Certificate at same times for all in one go
