Craig at EP Alarms was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and understood our requirements very well. It was a tricky job but Craig was able to sort out the new system and repurpose some existing infrastructure to save us cost. He worked quickly and diligently to complete our work to the highest standard. Really pleased

Very professional and efficient. Returned my enquiry call immediately, arrived when he said he would, explained use of equipment thoroughly after fitting, cleaned up as he went, no building dust residue at all, would recommend. We felt the cost was very reasonable too.

To enable an elderly relative to remain in her home we considered the use of CCTV. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig. He did a thorough site survey and talked us through the installation of broadband and a CCTV system which could be remotely accessed via mobile phone. Craig’s knowledge, skill and workmanship was outstanding. All done with great respect for the dignity and wellbeing of the elderly person, who watched and asked many questions. System is working great. Functionality way better than we imagined. Elderly relative glad to be able to stay at home. We have peace of mind.
