  I can highly recommend EP Alarms who responded immediately to my telephone call and attended within 2 hours at the weekend to remove a faulty smoke detector. I then received expert advice on what measures to be taken in relation to installation of new equipment, which was then expertly installed a few days later. A highly professional, reliable and friendly service - thank you.

  Initial communication with Craig was excellent. Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed the problem extremely quickly. A quote for charges was sent before Craig arrived for agreement. No hidden extras. A fair honest and knowledgeable trader who I would not hesitate to use again or recommend. Excellent.
