From contact to installation always polite and professional and very knowledgeable. On time very punctual friendly relaxed manner and took time to explain how to use the alarm system.

Very professional and efficient. Returned my enquiry call immediately, arrived when he said he would, explained use of equipment thoroughly after fitting, cleaned up as he went, no building dust residue at all, would recommend. We felt the cost was very reasonable too.

To enable an elderly relative to remain in her home we considered the use of CCTV. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig. He did a thorough site survey and talked us through the installation of broadband and a CCTV system which could be remotely accessed via mobile phone. Craig’s knowledge, skill and workmanship was outstanding. All done with great respect for the dignity and wellbeing of the elderly person, who watched and asked many questions. System is working great. Functionality way better than we imagined. Elderly relative glad to be able to stay at home. We have peace of mind.

My house Alarm was fitted expertly by EP Alarms on Tuesday 7 October taking around 3 hours. Craig Millichap was a very approachable person to chat to, giving all the information which was required, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was a very tidy worker and after installation very thorough with the procedure. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
