  Fitted a new boiler

  Called out as rhere was no hot water, was there the next day. Diagnosed the problem straight away, did a temporary fix but was realistic thay a new boiler was need. Very genuine and straight to the point. Explained the issue in great detail but not too technical so I would understand. Polite, quick, good quality and at a good price.

  Boiler and radiator replacement

  Nick had great communication from the start. Explained everything well, without me even asking. Gas Safe number was put on the initial quote, he provided pictures of the work carried out and also sent a follow-up message after the work was complete to make sure everything was working well. Nick is very knowledgeable and definitely takes pride in his work.

  Boiler Sump Replacement, Full Boiler Service

  Nick did a fantastic job fixing my boiler - he knew exactly what to do, and showed why he was employed for several years+ for Ideal Heating. He knew my boiler inside out, and serviced it from top to bottom. The sump was replaced on the spot, no messing. Nick was professional, courteous and I won't hesitate in enlisting his services again. 5*****

  An appointment was made and, as promised, Nick contacted me on the day to give me a 2 hour window. His work was professional, and he was very personable. We’ve asked him to quote for further works and look forward to using him again
